About Jennifer
Hi, I’m Jennifer – Owner & Certified Home Inspector.
Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, I’ve been around construction and job sites my entire life. I started working alongside my dad at just seven years old and later opened my own painting business at 18.
With over 25 years of hands-on experience working with the trades, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for how homes are built and how they function.
As a Christian and single mother of a son and daughter, integrity, honesty, and serving others are at the center of everything I do. My goal as a home inspector is not only to provide a thorough inspection but to help clients understand their home and feel confident in one of the biggest purchases of their lives.

I never rush through an inspection. Every home and every client deserves the time and attention it takes to do the job right. I work for the homebuyer, and my goal is to provide a thorough, honest evaluation while also helping clients learn about the home they are purchasing.
