About
About Inspector Jen
I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, and construction has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began working on job sites with my dad at just seven years old, learning the value of hard work, attention to detail, and doing things the right way. At 18, I started my own painting business, and over the past 25+ years I’ve had the privilege of working alongside many skilled trades while watching homes come to life from the ground up.
Today, I am a licensed and certified home inspector with certifications through InterNACHI including Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), mold inspections, infrared thermography, wind mitigation inspections, 4-point inspections, sewer scope inspections, and more. My background in the trades gives me a practical, real-world perspective when evaluating homes.
As a Christian and single mother of a son and daughter, integrity, honesty, and serving others guide both my personal life and my work. I truly enjoy working with people and helping them through one of the biggest purchases they will ever make. I take pride not only in providing a thorough inspection report, but also in helping clients understand how their home works so they can feel confident and informed long after closing.
Why Choose Inspector Jen
To me, this work is more than a business—it’s a passion.
I want every client to leave the inspection not only with a detailed report, but with a better understanding of their home, how it functions, and what to watch for in the future.
My hope is that the knowledge shared during the inspection stays with them long after closing and helps them feel confident in caring for their home.
I never rush through an inspection. Every home and every client deserves the time and attention it takes to do the job right. I work for the homebuyer, and my goal is to provide a thorough, honest evaluation while also helping clients learn about the home they are purchasing.
